Visiting the website

The website is delivered through OpenAI Sites. Technical connection data, such as IP address, request time, requested address and browser information, is processed to deliver and protect the site. The Cloudflare protection observed during the website test may use security cookies such as __cf_bm for this purpose.

House enquiries through Web3Forms

When you select “Send enquiry”, we send your email address, optional name and message, travel dates, guest count and language over HTTPS to Web3Forms. The service processes your enquiry and emails it to info@casa-barrigones.com. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. This does not create a binding booking or payment. The website has no enquiry database of its own. Web3Forms may retain submissions for up to three years, process them internationally and share IP/email addresses with CleanTalk or Akismet for spam checks. See the provider’s privacy policy for details. Please do not send health information, identity documents or payment details. You can also email us directly.

WhatsApp and external links

WhatsApp opens only when you select its link. The respective service’s privacy terms also apply from that point. No WhatsApp content or maps are embedded.

Tour enquiries

The tour form assembles your entries into a message only in your browser. After reviewing it, you open WhatsApp and send the message yourself to Casa Barrigones. Opening WhatsApp passes the message data to that service, where its privacy terms apply. The website confirms neither receipt nor a booking. There is no automatic forwarding to tour providers. We discuss with you which details the local provider needs. For the first enquiry, only group counts are requested for children. There are no dedicated fields for children’s ages, allergies or other health information. The phone number is optional. Please do not include health information or children’s names or ages in the message field either; we will clarify necessary details personally.

Analytics, fonts and storage

We use GoatCounter for visitor statistics. On page load your browser loads https://gc.zgo.at/count.js and sends visit data to https://casa-barrigones.goatcounter.com/count. This includes pages, referrers and technical characteristics. According to the provider, visitor measurement uses no cookies or browser storage; IP addresses and browser identifiers are processed temporarily to recognise visits. We do not send form contents to GoatCounter.

Google Analytics with your consent

Only if you accept do we load Google Analytics 4 from Google and send page views and technical usage data. Google also processes your IP address for the connection and uses analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*), which we limit to a maximum of 180 days. We do not send form contents, URL query parameters or referrer addresses to Google Analytics. Automatic interaction measurement, Google signals, additional location and device data and advertising personalisation are disabled. User and event data retention is set to two months; aggregated standard reports are not covered by this limit. Google may process data outside your country. Without consent Google Analytics does not load. We store your choice in browser local storage for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw it using “Privacy settings” in the footer; withdrawal removes analytics cookies and reloads the page. Withdrawal does not undo processing that has already occurred.
